Antique Pair of Stffordshire Flatback Figures of Ladies Riding Zebra, 19th Century

A striking pair of 19th-century Staffordshire flatback pottery figures depicting elegant ladies astride zebras—a whimsical Victorian pursuit of exotic imagery. Authentic flatback construction typical of Staffordshire production; designed to be displayed against a wall or shelf. A rare decorative pairing that speaks to 19th-century taste and the romance of distant lands. Ideal for collectors of English pottery, folk art, or museum-quality figurative pieces.
