Shipping Policy:
- We strive to process and ship orders within 3 business days of receiving them. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the item shipped.
- The shipping method for each product is based on the size, weight, and material(s) of the item. The cost of shipping varies based on the item size and shipping method.
- Additional charges may apply in some cases. This includes but is not limited to; delivery locations that are not accessible by road, require a ferry ride, and/or items that require special handling or equipment to complete delivery.
Local Pickup and delivery
- Local pickup allows customers to inspect an item at the time of pickup, and avoid shipping costs.
- Following the completion of a purchase, a confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with the order and includes Pickup Verification & Seller's contact information.
- Local delivery is offered at a flat rate of $299 within a limited radius of 50 miles.

Returns Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at ariane@theparadiseantiques.com to request a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Please note that returned items must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
